On the left is Marshall "Skip" Minks (BTCS ret.) and on the right is Ed Hovatter (HTC ret.) in July of 1999. Skip trekked from his home in FL. to visit Ed in Washington state. They also served on the USS Helena at the same time in the late '50s.
