- List what items you wish to order.
- Include your Phone Number and/or Email (in case we need to contact you).
- Where to ship the package to.
- Make your check out to: Richard S. Edwards Association.
- Finally, mail the order form and check to Jim Kress. Jim will forward the order form to Ed Hovatter who will do the shipping.
